Return Policy

The flooring and decking boards at Lamella Trading are meant to delight, but if you, for some reason, are not fully satisfied with what you have purchased from us, you are able to return the goods and either receive a 100% refund or exchange the items for another ones, both similar or different.

Per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our terms of service, customers are within their rights to cancel their purchase during 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. However, we shall draw your attention to the fact that these terms do not apply to discontinued or custom-made products, which have been manufactured by your specifications and to your specific requirements, including the goods whose fabrication involves unique cutting and processing to achieve the desired design.

If the purchased items have not been shipped to you for whatever reason, we will provide a full refund to the cardholder within 5 business days after we receive the customer’s refund request.

In case, the items have already been shipped or delivered to you, and you have found these items dissatisfactory, you need to contact us by phone (07440963956) or email (sales@lamellatrading.uk.com), so we can instruct you on how to cancel the purchase and get a refund. We will provide you with the procedures you shall perform to return the purchased items to us as well as we will email you an appropriate return form.

Please note that all the costs associated with returning items to us are paid by the customer. Our company is not responsible for any commissions charged from the customer when returning goods to us

The customer remains fully responsible for the products until they are returned to us and signed for at our Warehouse in Iver.

The customer is also responsible for ensuring the safety, integrity, and saleable condition of the goods which are returned to our Warehouse. By saying this, we mean that the items the customer returns must preserve their original packages, and the tape used to seal packages must be clear.

In compliance with the United Kingdom Law, we will send you a full refund within 14 business days after we have received the goods at our Warehouse, provided they are in a suitable condition and can be resold in the future. If the returned goods are anyhow damaged, have lost their saleable appearance, or have a different condition, we possess the right to completely deny a refund or give only a partial refund.

Canceling the order that has already been dispatched but not yet delivered is also subject to a full refund except for the expenses that were charged by the delivery service.
