How we dispatch our goods

We dispatch our products through DHL and PalletForce delivery providers that have made their names to be the most reliable, responsible, and quickest contractors in the field offering kerbside delivery. It means that the order will be delivered as close as possible to the entrance of the customer’s facilities. However, we also may involve other reputable delivery services at our discretion in case of express or free-of-charge delivery.

Failed deliveries

If the order arrives as scheduled but there is no receiver to accept the delivery, the receiver refuses to accept goods, there is no one to unload the goods, or the order has been canceled within 48 hours of the delivery, it is only the customer who bears responsibility for any additional expenses incurred for failed deliveries. We strongly advise our customers to be present at the point of delivery at the scheduled time to avoid any extra fees for goods that are returned to the sender.

In case of a failure to collect the delivered goods and their subsequent return to our Warehouse, we may contact you to inquire about delivery re-arranging. Please note that we may charge you additional fees for storing your goods in our Warehouse.

If the order arrives not as expected

When you receive the order, make sure you thoroughly inspect the packages for visual defects or damages before signing the receipt of goods. In the highly unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged goods or some items are missing, you need to ask the delivery man to record this in the appropriate documents and immediately contact us, so we can promptly resolve the issue.

The price of delivery

The cost of delivery depends on several factors including the tariffs of the chosen delivery service, the order size, and the remoteness of the delivery destination from our Warehouse.
